Gillware Remote Backup is an online data backup solution designed to protect your critical data from permanent loss.
Utilizing standard network connections, your data is securely and remotely backed up to Gillware data centers. The backup
process is intuitive, flexible, and mobile and will ensure that your data is backed up frequently and automatically.

This reality means that the opportunities to backup critical data to company servers are limited. Provided you have access to an internet connection, Gillware Remote Backup ensures your data is safe and secure regardless of your computers physical location.
MULTI-LAYER DATA ENCRYPTION
Data encryption and security is a primary component of Gillware Remote Backup. Your data is encrypted utilizing a digital certificate key before leaving your computer and remains encrypted on Gillware servers. Gillware Data Services retains a copy of your encryption key in an offsite vault. Alternatively, the client can instruct Gillware Data Services to destroy the backup copy of the key.
MULTIPLE REVISION LEVEL BACKUPS
Saved changes to a document that you wish you hadn't? Gillware Remote Backup maintains a backup volume that contains multiple revisions of the data you've selected for backup. The ten most recent revisions of all your critical documents are just a right-click away.
AUTOMATED BACKUP SCHEDULING
Gillware Remote Backup takes the guess work out of backing up your data. Immediately upon installation you setup your system backup parameters. These parameters include folders, files, and file types to backup. In addition to selecting the data you want backed up, you also set a priority and frequency at which backups will occur. From there Gillware Remote Backup does the rest. It's a systematic, mobile, fully-automated data backup solution.
UNLIMITED BACKUP VOLUME CAPACITY
A client should never have to make a choice of whether or not to back a document or folder up based on storage space limitation. Gillware Data Services sets no limit on the amount of data you select to backup to our servers.
DATA BACKUP AUDITING
Gillware Remote Backup generates a monthly log of recently created and accessed files that is forwarded to Gillware Data Services headquarters. This list is reviewed and cross-referenced with the data the client has scheduled for backup. If there are any recently active files that are not being backed up to our servers, a Gillware Data Services representative will call the client to discuss the discrepancy. At Gillware Data Services we go the extra mile to ensure that our client's critical data is being backed up.
*Data Backup Auditing is an optional service that any client can choose to turn off. It should also be noted that the generated file list contains only file names. The contents of each file remain fully encrypted.
WINDOWS INTEGRATED USER INTERFACE
Gillware Remote Backup is fully integrated with the Microsoft Windows operating system. Simply right-click on files and folders to mark them for backup or see their backup status.
OVERNIGHT SYSTEM RESTORES
If your system fails, Gillware Data Services will have a complete copy of your backup volume in your hands within 1 business day of being notified. While waiting for the full system restore to arrive, individual files can be restored via the online repository.
